Built-in spindle stator & rotor

Stator and rotor sets mounted directly inside the spindle. One PM series and one IM series.

Stator and Rotor in Electric Spindle(PM)

Stator and rotor is installed inside the electric spindle, perfectly combined with the mechanical spindle.
High power density, low temperature rise, low drift, no demagnetization.
High torque output, excellent instantaneous overload performance.
Stator is fully perfused with thermal conductive glue; the permanent magnet rotor is wrapped for protection.
To analysis and optimize the magnetic circuit of the motor, thus maximize the effectiveness.
